Family Assistance Program

Welcome to LOCMA Ministries.  Our mission is to provide comprehensive free assistance to families and/or individuals that have lost their dwellings due to a disaster. This comprehensive assistance includes (but not limited to) providing food, clothing, furniture, and any other items that may have been destroyed.

LOCMA Ministries, Inc. also offers referral services to families and/or individuals by making the contact for them with other charitable and government agencies in the community. We believe that giving these families and/or individuals comprehensive assistance in the most needed areas to help them resume a normal life, will alleviate or at least minimize their stress and will empower them to maintain and strengthen their family unit.

But, we also know that having to contact several different agencies or organizations in a crisis situation can be stressful and time consuming for the family or individual who has suffered a loss from a disaster.

LOCMA Ministries, Inc. offers families and/or individuals the opportunity to communicate with just one organization which will make the contact to other organizations for them, replace items that were lost, as well as empower them to move on with life.

LOCMA Ministries, Inc. is based upon Christian and Biblical principals.  Our Lord Jesus Christ said that it is more blessed to give than receive.  (Acts 20)  We live out that concept through giving to those in the Charlotte, NC area and welcome you to join with us in our work.
